Minimum mandatory criteria:
Education: Secondary school diploma.
Experience: 48 months relevant experience.
Typical duties may include:
- Interpreting blueprints and setting priorities
- Managing contractors
- Supervising external trades on site
- Participating at meetings
- Providing solutions for minor disputes with or between contractors
- Identifying problems and providing viable solutions
- Performing inspections of work performed
