Minimum mandatory criteria:
Education: Certificate, diploma or degree in economics or other relevant field from a recognized CanadianFootnote* post-secondary institution.
Typical duties may include:
- Performing basic research to explain and forecast economic behaviour and patterns
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasts of income and expenditures, interest rates, exchange rates, production, consumption, etc.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports
