12.5 Human resources, staff and labour relations – Junior

Minimum mandatory criteria:

Education: Certificate, diploma or degree in human resources, organizational behaviour, social sciences or other relevant field from a recognized Canadian^Footnote* post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Typical duties may include:

• Researching labour relations matters
• Collecting forms and processing documents
